Ingredients list:
- 2 cups of cooked lentils
- 2 cups of cooked millet
- 2 shallots
- 2 carrots
- 1 root parsley
- ½ celeriac
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- Salt
- Blac pepper
- 5 sun-dried tomatoes
Preparation:
- Grate the carrot, parsley and celeriac and saute with the tomatoes, garlic and shallots.
- Blend the lentils and the millet in a table blender. Add the vegetables and blend again. They should form a homogenous mix. Add the spices and combine.
- Grease a baking pan and sprinkle it with breadcrumbs. Place the mix in the pan and bake in an oven heated to 180 C°/350 F° for about 40 to 45 minutes.
